Sermon Notes

  • Addresses:
    • Judgment beginning in the “House of God” (1 Peter 4:17).
    • Commercialization of worship/faith (“Den of Robbers” – Canaanites & unfaithful/hireling Under-Shepherds).
    • Greatest defilement of the Temple (Church/Heart – false worship).
    • Instead of true faith, misplaced confidence/presumption in hypocritical worship.
    • God’s inclusion in His chosen remnant, representatives from many tribes/tongues.

  • Revelation 19:11-16
And I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse, and He who sat on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and wages war. …and He has a name written on Him which no one knows except Himself. He is clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. … From His mouth comes a sharp sword, so that with it He may strike down the nations, and He will rule them with a rod of iron; and He treads the wine press of the fierce wrath of God, the Almighty. And on His robe and on His thigh He has a name written, “KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.”
  • Revelation 5:9-14
And they sang a new song, saying, “Worthy are You…for You were slain, and purchased for God with Your blood men from every tribe and tongue and people and nation. You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to our God; and they will reign upon the earth.” … I heard the voice of many angels around the throne and the living creatures and the elders; and the number of them was myriads of myriads, and thousands of thousands, saying with a loud voice, “Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power and riches and wisdom and might and honor and glory and blessing.” And every created thing…I heard saying, “To Him who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb, be blessing and honor and glory and dominion forever and ever.” …
